Beauty Spotlight: Omorovicza

Confession: I'm not entirely sure how to pronounce my latest beauty discovery, but I will tell you this, it's a great one, so maybe just bookmark this page for when you next pay a visit to Space NK, ok?

Omorovicza was born in Budapest, when founders Stephen and Margaret visited the thermal baths of Hungary and noticed how incredible the transformation of their skin was thanks to the healing waters. The couple then enlisted the help of a Nobel prize-winning lab to harness these waters into its skincare range and from there, the brand has grown and grown.

Never one to let a new range pass me by, I was super excited to discover the brand on my latest Space NK spree and consequently, very excited to be asked to review some products of my choice by the brand.

In the quest for brighter skin, I couldn't refuse their award-winning Complexion Corrector. It's essentially a lightweight moisturiser, sunscreen (hello SPF 20!) and primer in one which is rather handy when you don't want to carry around a bazillion products for a short trip away! It's a gentle, non-greasy, soothing lotion that glides on the skin wonderfully and it gives a soft glow to the skin, which helps to even out skin tone and cover any imperfections. I even managed the other day to go without foundation - which around this time of the year is truly remarkable!

The second product from the range I was keen to try was the Deep Cleansing Mask (in fact, I'm currently wearing it whilst I type!). Perfect for blemish prone and oily skin, you feel it working from the moment you apply just a thin layer over your face. A slight tingling sensation tells you something magical is happening. I leave it on for 10 - 20 minutes before washing off and my skin genuinely feels so smooth, so soft and so clean. Thanks to the moor mud, skin is purified but isn't left feeling tight which can often happen with many masks. It's not an overly big tub, and at £60 it's one that I probably will only use once a week - but it's well worth it so far!

I truly love to discover new beauty brands and Omorovicza is one that I'm super excited about - for any beauty junkies out there, I think you will love them too. I can't wait to see what they do next!
